IMA is an Appointed Representative of Pink Home Loans. Pink Home Loans is a trading name of Advance Funding Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
The Financial Services Authority does not regulate unsecured loans or some forms of secured loans, debt consolidation, commercial mortgages and buy to let mortgages.
There will be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate that it will be £195.00 to cover the processing costs of the mortgage.
